Contract

Once we find your dream home and successfully negotiate with the seller and their agent, then we get to contract. If everything goes as planned, you will then be ready for settlement. You will have selected a title company by this point, and should plan to spend at least an hour or more at the settlement table reviewing all documents, signing, and then finally owning your dream home!
