Sandra Smith has been active in the real estate industry since 2008 and obtained her broker’s license in 2015 and is the Manager of the Royse City office.
Sandra works in all aspects of real estate including residential, commercial, rentals and land acquisition. Experienced in both Buyer and Seller representation, she realizes the importance of buying or selling a property as a critical financial decision with an emotional aspect, and she approaches every transaction as if it were her own.
