Melinda Epps has been active in Real Estate since 1982 and Licensed in 1986. She started her real estate career in commercial real estate management and transitioned into residential sales in 1986. She began managing single-family residential properties in 1991 and has grown the management company to over 200 properties. Melinda is experienced in both Buyer and Seller representation and Investment properties. She has a daughter that has followed her desire for real estate and has two granddaughters.
