Cindy Burkett is a proud native-born Texan. Cindy’s small business background, 8 years serving as a legislator in the Texas House of Representatives, and her experience as a registered investment advisor bring a unique skillset to Epps Realty.
Cindy was previously a Vice President with Biel Partners, LLC where her involvement in the negotiation of leases as an owner of a small business and prior experience as a property manager gave her insight into the complexities of both sides of negotiations for office and retail clients. As an investment advisor her experience in real estate has given her a knowledgeable grasp of securities in that field. An individual’s largest financial asset is often their home. Her desire to work closer with residential clients prompted her alignment with Epps Realty.
Cindy and her husband, Mike, have lived in the North Texas area for over 35 years where she has been very active in the community serving on various boards. They have three children and five grandchildren.
